Consistently a top performer, Clive began his illustrious career in real estate nine years ago when he won the 1998 Bayleys New Zealand Rookie of the Year.  Every successive year, he has gained awards of excellence in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 & 2006 he was in Bayleys Top 20 in the same years and is the Waiheke teams' top salesperson with a total of over $150 Million in sales. 

Having owned property on Waiheke for 38 years, Clive has a big personality and a high local profile.  The islands way of life and business attitudes suit him well, most of the people he has sold to have become friends.

Clive has a particular talent for building rapport with both vendors and buyers.  He has a strong after-sales ethic and a desire to go the extra mile.

Active in the community, Clive is a passionate league supporter (you might have heard of his son Dean).  He believes strongly in supporting the local community , by personally sponsoring the stock car racing, Tide Chart in the Gulf News, the Beerfest at Matiatia, the annual fishing competition, the local gym and the annual beach races at Onetangi.
